大客户经理:

Job Purpose

1 To assist and support the Business Development Director to achieve Sales Target ,and Gross Margin results.
协助和支持市场开发部总监完成销售指标

2 Lead and supervise assigned Sales Engineers, and Key Account Representatives on a daily basis to achieve their personal and regional target.
督导并带领所辖销售人员、大客户代表的日常工作,使之完成个人和地区的销售指标

3 To build, develop, and achieve personal Management Targets.
制定、开发并完成个人管理目标

4 To ensure after sales service, support, and regular contact is maintained with clients.
确保售后服务和支持,做好常规客户维护工作

5 To be actively involved in all customer complaints and ensure resolvement with proficiency
积极参与所有的客诉工作并确保完好解决

6 To build customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction
建立客户关系、提升客户满意度

7 Cooperate with Design Institute, Architect, Project Mngt Co or GC, for Project Tender, and participate in market expansion.
和设计院、建筑师,项目管理公司合作参与项目投标工作,参与市场拓展

8 Have a good understanding & analysis of competitor's in the market, and manage & adjust your sales & marketing strategy within your territory to achieve maximum results.
对竞争对手有良好的分析判断能力,管理并调整自己的市场营销策略以将销售达成最大化

Requirements

1 Must hold a college or university degree in a construction related field.
大专以上建筑相关专业

2 Must have sufficient English and fluent Chinese .Must be a competent user of a computer being familiar with Word, Excel, PPT and MS Office.
英文口语流利,普通话标准;熟练掌握电脑操作

3 Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience , with a minimum of 1 years successful
sales experience in a construction related product / industry.
必须具备三年以上工作经验,其中至少1年建筑或建筑材料及相关领域的成功销售经验

4 Key Account Management and Business Development Strategy experienced is essential
大客户管理经验和业务开发策略是基本要求

5 Networking relationships with DI's, Architect's,Project Mngt Co's, and /or GC's is preferred
和设计院、建筑师,工程管理公司有良好关系者优先

6 Work under pressure and be able to travel as required
能承受工作压力并接受出差安排

Job Purpose

1 完成年度销售指标
Achieving yearly sales target with support of the supervisor.

2 根据公司制度与客户达成销售意向及付款条件
Negotiating the best selling price and payment terms under the company policy.

3 能在目标客户群树立良好的品牌形象
Setting up professional brand image in the target project market.

4 与设计公司或工程管理公司确立良好的沟通渠道
Maintaining regular relationship with design firms and engineering Management Company.

5 组织并参与各项市场拓展活动
Organizing and participating in project market promotion activities.

Requirements

1 专科以上文凭,建筑学专业或其他相关专业
College degree above, major in construction related products;

2 2-5 年以上销售或市场相关工作经验
2-5 years working experiences in sales position related business;

3 谦逊、诚实有上进心,具有出色的沟通技巧
Open-minded, Credible, Ambitious with excellent communication skills;

4 普通话标准,英文说写及理解能力良好
Fluent in Mandarin,and good spoken & written & comprehension English;

5 男女不限
Male or female will be considered
